Products Refund Policy:

US Global Tech strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction and provide them with fair refund policies.

We offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, on new, unopened items. Before returning any product, please contact us by email at [email protected] or phone.

For electronic delivery, US Global Tech will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with.

You might ask for for a refund if:

✓ You HAVE NOT received the activation/license key from the web portal or email.

You might not ask for a refund if:

✗ You HAVE received the activation/license key from the web portal or email and activated the product

Services Refund Policy:

If the Company is unable to remedy a deficiency, a refund for the claim will be based on the Services provided at the Company’s sole discretion.

Refund Policy For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if US Global Tech has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. Notwithstanding this US Global Tech may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

  1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem
  2. Issue was not resolved until the time account was active.
  3. 30 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a US Global Tech technician
